Velleo - Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Velleo, a booking platform for salons.
Velleo is owned and operated by MLSoft, a self-employed business in the United Kingdom, with plans to transition into a limited company (Ltd).
By using Velleo, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Velleo provides a cloud-based booking system enabling salons to manage appointments, accept bookings, store client data, and manage staff.
MLSoft may update or modify the service at any time.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for account security and all activity under their account.
MLSoft is not liable for unauthorized access due to weak credentials.
4. Data Protection
Salons act as Data Controllers; MLSoft acts as a Data Processor.
Users must comply with UK GDPR.
5. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful use
- No unauthorized access
- No service disruption
- No reverse engineering
6. Pricing and Payments
Subscription fees may apply. Pricing is communicated in advance.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
7. Availability
Service availability is not guaranteed. Features may change or be discontinued.
8. Termination
Accounts may be terminated for violations or non-payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Service is provided "as is". MLSoft is not liable for indirect losses.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights belong to MLSoft. Users receive a limited license only.
11. Data Export
Users may request export of their data within a reasonable period after termination.
12. Beta Features
Beta features may be unstable and are provided without guarantees.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
